1. Food Safety Policy
Because we sell consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@swedictive.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll make it right.
3. Lost Packages
Swedictive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
4. Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
